The Years Just seem to Zoom By Faster and Faster Every Year.
That’s why it’s so important to do more, see more, experience more every single day before that opportunity Is No Longer Ours.
Did you ever stop to think that for every minute we spend analyzing
someone else’s life it affects our life as well. Yes, every minute we spend on social media of every single day we look at how our past or the present is doing.
As we look it makes us happy or sad, jealous or even angry that others may have or are doing so much more than we are and you start to realize that by continuing to look at social media and judge other’s existence, that very act, is affecting our daily and future existence as well.
So STOP That. Stop being happy or sad over the past or the present. STOP being jealous or angry about the fact that others have more or are doing more than you and START Doing More yourself.
STOP living life through someone else’s existence on social media and start creating a better life for yourself. Start Living, a Better Life, for Yourself.
Did you ever stop to think what the most pleasing Five Letter Word is? Money, No It’s Not Money. Could it be Sorry? Nope, Not Sorry Either. SMILE is the most pleasing five letter word. So take a little time to bring a smile to someone’s face today.
Research shows laughter has a number of direct health benefits:Strengthening your immune system, It may reduce food cravings (we eat because we’re bored). Laughter can increase your threshold for pain and is linked to the healthy function of blood vessels.
