So last month we talked about one of the wonder spices, Turmeric, which is supposed to be super good for us and this month here is another wonder spice that is great as well especially if you suffer from Kidney Stones, Liver Ailments and some say even Cancer.
GINGER, yes that funky looking root that you see in the produce section at most grocery stores but wait, you can get it in powder form too in the spice section. Ginger is not only an Anti Bacterial it is also, Anti Inflammatory, Anti Viral and Anti Parasitic. It is considered by many one of the most powerful foods of the 21st century.
It’s rich in minerals along with magnesium and Vitamin C which make it a super ingredient for overall health. Throughout history it’s properties for improving digestion, cardiovascular disease, asthma and helping your immune system fight many other health issues. In fact, did you know that, Ginger tea can reduce the risk of stroke ? Google it.
Ginger can even improve circulation, as well as oxygen, and the delivery of vitamins and minerals. It has been known to be and effective remedy against virus that causes influenza, colds and cold sores. Plus Ginger can help with soar muscles and relieve pains from the common cold, flu or headaches.
What better way to capitalize on Ginger and it’s wonder than with a nice warm cup of Ginger Tea. Easy to make and Good for you.

You’ll need some Organic Honey or Agave Nectar as a sweetener for your tea.
1/4 Teaspoon of ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
Coconut Milk
1 cup of water

Boil some water, add turmeric and ginger and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Next, add the milk and then strain the tea in a cup. Add your sweetener and enjoy!

Happy Healthy Eating and Happy Holidays my friends.
