If you happen to be one of those peeps that just wants to cut down on your bread intake in an attempt to loose a little weight, while at the same time loving a good sandwich, this may be the perfect answer for you. Breadless sandwiches.
There are so many bread alternatives for sandwiches that you’ll start thinking of new ones yourself after making a couple of these. First of all, if your into subs here is a great idea. Cucumbers. Yes. Take a cucumber and cut it in half length wise. Scoop all the seeds out and viola, you have your bread replacement. Stick your favorite meats in the middle, add a little dressing and there you have a breadless sub sandwich.
Next what about a breadless burger? Take a nice large red Tomato and cut it in half between the top and the bottom. Scoop some seeds of but its not a necessary and place your cooked burger patty right in the middle. You can add may or dressing, onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.. and there you go, a great BreadLess Burger.
Run down to the grocery store and grab a couple of Portabella Mushrooms. Cut the stems, put one on the bottom, add some cheese, a slice or two from an Avocado, add a tomato slice or two, maybe some spinach and whatever else you’d like and there you have it another great BreadLess sandwich.
Just think of the combinations you could come up with. All the different meats and veggies you can use to create your own fillings for any one of these sandwiches. So simple to make, so good and so good for you cause your not gobbling up all that bread that goes right to your hips or the Panza.
