Who knew there was anything like Hard Boiled Egg Pudding and that it could be good and part of your KETO lifestyle. Yup. Here is what you’ll need to make this dessert; 10 hard boiled eggs, peeled 1 (14oz) can coconut milk ½ cup Swerve confectioners (or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener) ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon How To Make: Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until very very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Place in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
