It has been a while since the face and abilities of Jackie Chan had graced the big screen but even though he is a little older and a little wiser, make no mistake about it, Jackie Chan is still the viable actor he was back then. His new movies is called The Foreigner and and set and filmed primarily in The U.K.
The Foreigner is a film about a single dad bringing up his only daughter who is in High School now and getting ready for that big school dance towards the end of the year. Chan who play’s the single parent is running late to get home and give his little girl a ride to the dress store for her fitting. They get in his car and they’re off to he store where He will drop her off and her friends will friends will bring he back home. Just after dropping her off as he’s pulling away something goes horribly wrong as a terrorist bomb goes off in the dress store and demolishes the whole building. Chan jumps out of his car and rushes into the ruins to find his daughter. At this point I’ve already told you too much.
The movie continues with Chan, a London businessman named Quan who also happens to be a retired military special ops guy, trying to locate the terrorist responsible for the bombing. The film is Rated R, it is an Action & Adventure,Drama,Mystery & Suspense Movie and is already showing at a theater near you. Enjoy.
Also just hitting theaters near you. Madea is back in “Boo 2”. Madea, Bam and Hattie venture to a haunted campground and the group must literally run for their lives when monsters, goblins and the bogeyman are unleashed.
THOR, RAGNAROK is in theaters now too. From Marvel Studio’s; “Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok--the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization--at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela.”
Jump into a theater near you soon and get away into a great time At The Movies.
