You know how I'm a Big Fan of the Avocado but here is something I bet you did not know.
   If you find yourself exhausted from day to day and you start suffering from Anxiety as well try eating more Avocados or Guacamole. 
    You see both are those things can be associated with stress from a lack of Vitamin B. Yes, a Vitamin B deficiency could be your problem and Avocados are chalk full of stress relieving Vitamin B. Not to mention they also provide high levels of potassium and monounsaturated fat. 
      Oh sure you could just pop a Vitamin B-Complex pill every day but not me, I'd rather enjoy my Avocado. Avocado, the fruit of the Kings.
    Did you ever think that the reason you may not be burning Fat as fast as you should is due to a lack of Vitamin C. It's true.
  A recent Medical Reports claims that 30% of us are lacking in Vitamin C. Now, remember Vitamin C is key to our bodies producing L-Carnitine which is key itself to our bodies burning Fat more efficiently. In fact study showed that the people with the lowest level of Vitamin C had the highest concentration of body fat. 
   So add more foods with Vitamin C to your diet and loose more weight. Simple as that and remember that Bell Peppers are a great source of Vitamin C.
