Made from a certain bean it's also good for the heart too. This are the only things you'll need to make this yummy snack. Garbanzo Beans, Cumin, Smoked Paprika , Olive Oil, Salt, Cayenne Pepper and water. Take 1 can Unsalted Garbanzo Beans (drain and rinse) put in a bowl a half a table spoon of Smoked Paprika a half a table spoon of Cumin 1/4h tea spoon of Cayenne Pepper ½ tea spoon of Sea Salt Mix It All Up till well combined Take a large Non Stick Pan and put it on Medium High Heat and add several Table spoons of Virgin Olive Oil. You'll want the Pan very Hot when you add the Garbanzo Bean Mix Every couple of minutes give the Mix a stir a until you have a nice caramelization going on.
