Jalapeño Cheese Squares

Picture
Warmer weather is here and us Texans like things Hot anyway. Not long ago I discovered an amazing little snack that is easy to make and relatively healthy.
I’m talking about the Jalapeno Cheese Squares.
The Keto recipe is known by many names, including cheesy jalapeno egg squares, jalapeno egg bites, and Mexican egg casserole.
Simple to make the recipe requires about 30 minutes which makes it an excellent recipe when you’re running low on time. So, you ready? Let’s Get’er Done..

Here’s what we’re going to need,

This Recipe will make
a Total of 12 servings.
Prep Time – 5 minutes
Cooking Time – 30 minutes
• 4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup canned jalapenos (diced)
• 1/4 cup onions (diced)

How to Prepare Low-carb Jalapeno Cheese Squares

1 – Spray a baking dish, 8×8 inch or some other, with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350°F.

2 – Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth mixture.

3 – Add the mixture to the baking dish.

4 – Bake the mixture for about 30 minutes or up until jalapeno turns light golden brown on the top.

5 – Serve hot and enjoy!

Happy Healthy Eating !
